I'd do it only if that 'random person' would so be a person that did some horrific stuff to me or my family. If only 'that' person was at the wrong place at the wrong time, I'd do it!
But 10million can't last a lifetime, imagine all the cars, houses, bills, pomegranate, etc you have to pay for. Maybe for a billion dollars I'd do it
