Well, if you really want a 20+ on no other condition you'd have to hit all 10 60%'s without fail, and that can be a bit of a plum. That combined with the absolutely wonky prices of most 60% overall scrolls
in Broa at least, but I doubt everything is 1/3rd the price in every other server. 30%'s on the other hand give out 5 LUK per hit and hitting just two would already get you halfway there, but there's a risk of exploding and utter failure as such. It's generally best to start off with say, two 30%'s and finish with 60%'s at which point you'd only need 5 of them to get to the great big number of 20.
Guess it all adds up to how badly 30%'s scare you in the end. Don't expect 20 LUK from just 60%'s though, as the chances aren't all that great.
