Agent Equipment/Event Information Thread. Read here before posting a question thread.

I play MSEA and I have a couple of questions:
1) The Agent Badges that drop from the PQ - what's the average rate of getting them, and is HPQ now overcrowded because of this event
2) The Maple Quiz that can be done 5 times a day - can you do it 5 times consecutively, or is it like 1 quiz per hour or something?
