Well since you're level 63, you have some time and planning this early is also a great idea. I personally think you should scroll some pants with dex and top with luk if money isn't the problem, then just as everyone said try find some 10 dex earrings and if you were to aim a bit higher I would get face stompers with dex. You'd obviously have to add dex while leveling still but it's probably the strongest you can ever get.
