As many of you know in Scania, we have a lot of people. Like, a lot. We have so many people that Mana Bulls run out before 2x events. I don't know if this happens on other servers, but it happens a lot in Scania. To depopulate Scania, some steps need to be taken:
1) Unless an account already has a character in scania, don't allow them to make any characters in it. This stops any new accounts and most of the current accounts from contributing to our over-population.
2)Disallow world transfers into Scania. Every time I look at Eos's world transfer thread, I count the number of people leaving and coming to scania, and there's always more coming in. If people could only leave, then the population would go down.
3) Give back channel 20, and maybe add on a few others. This would spread out the population more and at least make it seem like there's less people.
Essentially what this would do is make it so no new people can join Scania. People in it already can make characters, but besides that it's cut off. People are constantly trasfering to other worlds, and even more quit (See: Basilmarket) so the population would go down considerably from just 6 months of being cut off.
