Cygnus Translations via Cygnus Prequests

The parent/child system is eradicated in KMS. I'd expect the same from GMS.

Cygnus chars get 6 AP up to level 70, then 5 AP per level thereafter IIRC.

Two questions:

1) Do you expect to get the New Cygnus Method right away or like a few patches later?

2) What does IIRC mean?
