I sometimes wonder why I put so much time into this game...but then I realize if it's not Maple it'll be something else I'm wasting my time on. Continuing to play has the added bonuses of friends and growth in the game 
. It's addicting yes, but I've quit cold turkey before to study for exams and such.
All in all, it's a good way to use my free time since I need times in the day where my brain needs a rest and escape from the real world.
