I would suggest MPQ, but if you really want the PQ Mania Medal, I don't suggest levelling yourself just to MPQ. gl with the rest.
Oh, and I would actually suggest putting off LPQ. My suggestion is to CPQ and suicide to keep yourself at lv 50, then start LPQing again with Cygnus Knights. A lot of people will bring their Knights there for Broken Glasses because they missed it when they came out, and they have a new character.
So MagPQ is worth it? By the time I get to that level, I'll already have 4/5 S Ranks done. I've just never done it before; when it came out my pirate was just one level past the cap, so I haven't tried it. It actually looks really fun; I'll have to look up videos on it and such.
I'm seriously thinking about doing CPQ; I'm trying to rig up a way to get friends to help me out with it so I can win 140 times, then enter/exit the last 60...lol. CPQ is fun, none the less.
