Magatia PQ is actually the most fun I've ever had with a PQ before. Very creative, and if you have a good-average party, it should take (just my approximate) about 10-15 mins or so. I've never actually timed my PQs because I never get tired of it. 
I would suggest MPQ, but if you really want the PQ Mania Medal, I don't suggest levelling yourself just to MPQ. gl with the rest.
Oh, and I would actually suggest putting off LPQ. My suggestion is to CPQ and suicide to keep yourself at lv 50, then start LPQing again with Cygnus Knights. A lot of people will bring their Knights there for Broken Glasses because they missed it when they came out, and they have a new character.
