I reset my LUK to 5 (-6) and my INT to 5 (-1) and took an additional 13 out of my MP and put them all into DEX. With that my damage broke 3k with a 2 att arrow, and my total HP is 4050, and my MP is now 2362.
If i somehow get another 20k NX, im definitely taking the rest out of my MP (added ~30 to HP) and possibly the last 2 from INT/LUK if i have extras. Thanks for the help!
