its more probable to say that the creator of the ritual book would be able to create even better stuff. and since itcg set 4 is only 1 short month away ... we will most probably see the new items in the data of this upcoming patch and if not then the patch after 0.59. anyways lots more new npcs = lots more new possibilities for the itcg crowd o.0. they released a good shoe, a good cape and a good glove wonder whats next o.0. maybe a good attack helmet to make everyones zhelms worthless o.0. pokes a 50 attack helm o.0. lol.
