Mesos farming is really slow by hacking people's accounts, heavy wworlwide merchanting, botting, questing and leveling chars with hacks is much easier.

Inflation in-game leads too a poor mesos-money conversion rate. The higher the scroll prices, the lower the mesos price will be.
