Why do ranged classes scrolls add more ACC, while at the same time getting less of a main stat boost from the scrolls as well. (Sword att 60% > 2 ATT 1 STR, Bow att 60% scroll > 2 att 1 ACC)

That ones easy, because the ranged classes have more favourable attack formulas, this is giving *some* balance against it.
