The only thing your question does it open up other questions. Like, why do ranged classes get a skill in the first job that gives them more acc when their main stat gives them more acc than they will need.

I meant the fact that they give Mages wep attk on staffs to hit monsters with there staffs, cause if they smacked a monster with their staff it would miss. Useful for lureing..
