It's basically like a virus, once you've picked up one of the EF or ToT Monster Cards you book will be screwed up no matter which card you picked up.
The only ones who are safe from this are the ones who haven't picked up a EF or ToT card.
I wish I had a mule I could mess around on and see if I could get maxed Zakum, Horned Tail, and Pink Bean. lol
