Take a deep breath!
Surely you don't expect them to take care of business do you? If there's anything I've learned since I started playing almost 3 years ago, it's that Nexon will inevitably break SOMETHING in the patch (seemingly unrelated to anything else). And even if they are made aware of it, it won't get fixed right away, unless it impedes the amount of NX they can get from the folks who play.
Do you have a right to be angry? Probably. But there's not a whole lot you can do about it at this point.

Nexon made that clear when they shut down Tespia (which I CAN honestly say I would've found this because all I do is hunt cards and making sure the new cards dropped properly would've been on the top of my list if I were a tester.)
Our anger is further justified in that it took me a day and a half and a public call-out to get any sort of address from Nexon staff, even though this was pointed out fairly early on the day of the patch. Even worse is that IT'S STILL GOING ON. They should've shut the game down immediately after this was discovered, removed the cards/ability to collect cards/PUT UP A DAMN NOTICE. If you're aware of a bug it is your responsibility to at the very least CONTAIN IT.
Basically Nexon pineappleed up, Nexon hasn't taken any responsibility for pineappleing up, and Nexon is allowing their pineapple up to continue affecting their players. Why do you feel the need to protect them, again?
