No. If you've looted any Time Temple cards, it'll end up shuffling a random few when you log off.
I hardly have anything in my Monster Book except for the PQ cards. I would like to finish it eventually when I get closer to end-game for my NL, but now my PQ bosses are all screwed up. >_>
