I/L wizard advice plz?

As for IS, sure it freezes 6 monsters at lvl 1, but at what cost? The range for lvl 1 IS is so small it's not even funny. Range is basically if I can touch it with my wand/staff I can hit it with IS. It's the most useless skill until the range improves greatly. And it needs to hit 16 before it even outdamages lightning.

Don't complain. SR has the same range, and it doesn't increase.

As for Medi at bosses, as a bishop, it saves me some pots. It's only like 30-50k's worth over the entire run, though... Or at least the time I'm attacking seriously (Zak arms, mainly).

Also, it's really effing annoying when mages don't know how to use party skills, because they cast Medi on me half the time, then don't bother to make sure I get buffed later on, so I have to use a pot. Then they cancel the pot 30 seconds later with Medi. Anyway, if you're going to get Medi, learn how to watch buff timers and make sure a party member gets buffed... as most mages don't, I'm sure, since they're used to not partying with anyone who could benefit from Medi.

If I ever made a mage, I'd probably skip Medi... even on an F/P, where skipping MP Eater would probably be cheaper, pots-wise. I find that a passive MP Eater is more useful and non-obtrusive (except for sometimes causing slight lag) than Medi is.
