Error with 1st build:

Shouldn't you only have '1' point of L7, and max Keen Eyes asap for maxed ranged? o_0 . . . As for Nimble body and Sprite, that can be split in so many ways, so eh. Not gonna get into that.

2nd build:

From playing various types of Assassins, DEXless, Low-DEX, etc. I'd say, get enough Mastery to get '6' boosters, then work on maxing Critical, or at least get it to lv 29. FJ isn't too useful, except for having fun + travel faster + avoid by leaping over an enemy, really. Lv 1 FJ would cost a shyetload of MP..

I'd so something like:

-Lv 5 Mastery
-Lv 6 Booster
-Lv 29 Crit
-Max out Vampire (kinda like Drain?)
-Max Haste
-Do whatever else, such as maxing FJ, then maxing Mastery, or vice-versa.

As for 3rd job, I'm not too knowledgable on Poison Sling, but the typical Hermit builds goes like this:

-Maxed Shadow Partner
-Maxed Avenger after (but since you have Vampire at 2nd job, this leaves Avenger quite useless imo)
-10 Alchemist
-10 Sudden Attack
-etc
As a first note: Builds can't be fit to everyone's needs. Some people want L7 maxed, some want keen eyes maxed. Some want SP first, some want FJ, some want whatever. You will most likely train at the same speed without max keen eyes.

Your 1st and 2nd ones are knowlegeable and can work, but poison sling is godly for training. I was getting 80%/hr+ beyond 80 (hell levels were nonexistant). The 1st and 2nd job builds aren't what I used, because I adapt as I go to fit my training style (so there's sometimes 3 booster there, 15 crit there, 5 haste there) and it looks kinda unprofessional with all these strange numbers. I did have 6 booster as soon as I could, but I had vampire maxed before crit because it was very helpful in not using pots, and it helped very much in CPQ.

Also: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHANGE YOUR FONT COLOR. Red looks very painful on the board layout i'm using. Red on black = I hate you.

Yea, I'm aware that FJ at 1 uses craploads of MP, but it's still fun, and if you can afford it it's very good for traveling.
Getting haste to a decent level for speed/jump would be 10 or 15 and then maxing FJ would be optimal for more speed.

The main reason I didn't bother with bringing my build to SP.net in the first place is because you're all too picky. You ask for a build, and then ask me to fix it. I'm not changing it, you can change it yourself. I have grinding to do on kms.
