Infighter Attack Speeds/Damage Calcs

My main interest is how Wind Booster works. It looks like it drops the attack rating of the weapon by 2, just like booster, but apprarently it stacks. At this point, we don't know what happens when your Attack Rating goes below Fastest 1 (3-2) because it just doesn't exist. Fastest 2 is the same speed as Fastest 1 though, so does it even get faster? And what do we call these new speeds? I mean, the system wasn't built to handle things like Wind Booster. Negative numbers? Power Thirst Babies -1?
