Despite all of the different ways people are telling you to do it in this thread, they've all got one thing in common, and it's the one thing that will help you get there: GOALS. Even your name, haha.
Set a goal each day and aim for it. For a while I was aiming to get 5% a day when I wasn't really motivated, just to keep the ball rolling. Make it so the goal is attainable or you will get discouraged. If you're someone who works harder when they have something that they want to achieve, then set your goal a little higher than what you know you can do each day. In the long run, that little bit extra will make up a whole lot. If you struggle to just sit through the 2.5 hours, then make it a little less than what you know you can get. That way, even if you don't make it through the 2.5 hours, you don't feel like the day was a big loss.
Good luck!
