if you want to try, go ahead. I would be wary though. One of the paladins in my guild had some extra dex, and tried reseting his extra dex into HP, and when he reset from dex into hp, it only gave him ~20 hp. In other words, it didnt give him his "Improve Max HP" boost.
Now, I'm not sure, but I believe that was due to him not adding the AP from leveling up, so if you try mp washing (put 5 points into mp with INT gear on, put them into hp, then take them out of mp again) you might only get ~20 hp per point, which would not be worth it.
On my bucc, I am planning on doing something similar, so if you try it I would be very interested in the results. Otherwise, the best I could do for washing would be 5 points every other level unless I raised my base int.
And besides, isn't it somewhat "easy" to aquire enough INT gear to wash 5 points per level? Dont you lose 2-4, so you'd need 100-200 in, average 150, per level? And thats not counting any extra mp you might have gained while just leveling normally or with Zhelm. Of course, getting that much INT gear is a pain in the ass, but no one said max HP would be terribly easy. And washing 5 points a level is certainly easier for warriors then pirates or ranged.
Also, while I cannot personally confirm it, I know a NL in my guild does the MP washing, so adding with INT gear does in fact give you more according to him.
