I opened a ticket again like they suggested, and instantly was closed as a duplicate of the ticket opened in AUGUST of last year that Lallent closed claiming they were working as intended. You know, the one that resulted in them putting up this notice two days later?
So my ass is probably banned now for a week, as I promptly opened a new ticket explaining in intricate detail why my latest ticket was not a duplicate of that one but rather a "your fix didn't fix it all", and that the answer to that one had been publically contradicted by their own notice anyhow, restating the problem for the 5 millionth time, reiterating the fact that Hime told me to open the damn ticket, and trying very hard not to explain how this is the exact reason noone takes their ticketing system seriously or expects to get any legitimate help from a GM.
