What are they trying to do by releasing content so quickly? It's kind of an overload. When they do all this they'll be nearly current with KMS, but then they'll have nothing else to give besides world tour. And then what? By releasing content faster than the original version you're only ruining it in the long run.
Like I mention before, there must be a reason why they skipped a version (from 0.70 to 0.72). Probably prior patching/testing has already been carried out to ensure smoother patching on the day itself.
World Tour Maps, including Masteria, can already sustain us for like 8 months' worth of patch, (Thai Golden Temple, Japan Kaede Castle, Taiwan Night Market and Xi Men Ding, China Shaolin Temple, Global CWK and etc). By then, much more stuff from KMS will already be generated, so there will never be worry for lack of content to update.
