I've seen a few I/Ls train at the Homunculus/Homunsculo map. There's a sniping spot on the right side of the map. :f6:
Otherwise.. you could try Windraiders, or perhaps even Firebrands.
Edit: Nevermind Windraiders, I hear Lower Ascent is always full on 2x events.
But I'm sure Firebrands should have room, but I don't know if you can make it past the Crimson Guardians into the Keep.
