Wait, I'm confused.
One would think that Shadow Partner "inherits" the 130% from sudden attack; that is, instead of doing 100%-50%, it gets 1.3x'd into 130%-65%.
But in your screenshot, it shows the top two stars doing more than half the bottom two. Even if the 1.3 was simply inherited, the top two would still be doing half the bottom two, since 65% is half of 130%..
Unless the top two stars are actually doing 130%*65% = 84.5% of the original (pre-Sudden Attack) damage.
