this is what I do when I go somewhere that area boss/anti-bot monsters should spawn...
Check map for the monster.
Kill some monsters around you.
Wait.
If the message doesn't pop up, cc.

I have collected quite a few magatia anti-bot monster etc items... but no card o.O
