clean PACs will inflate though, as will clean FS.

(If I can find a few, I plan to STR + Chaos a 2-3 attk PAC (Hoping for end result of 6-7 attack with 8-9 STR). May also try to make a 4-5attk 6-7DEX for my Slinger.

Um, you're more than likely to nuke your PAC than get something good. By that, I mean while you could get +3 watk or something, you're equally likely to get -3 watk, which pretty much destroys the PAC. Threshold for nuking items becomes greater if the stat is lower, especially at 1. If you get a very strong start, then by all means go ahead.
