Until the scissors come out, that picture proves nothing. We still need to see if it's possible to egg it on a different account.

This is how it works

You have a HT pendant

You try to scroll it with the dragon stone

Game checks:

- If no stone has been used on it, process the request and allow the scroll to be used
- If a stone has been used on it, deny the request and do not allow the scroll to be used

As long as it's clean or it hasn't had a dragon stone on it (Used chaos for example), then you can use the stone. I don't see how that's hard to understand from the picture.
