Barrage: 6 hits crits is slower than 6 normal hits?

Btw, this is from asiasoft forum from MSEA, and this guy is the top viper in Cass in MapleSEA.

I was thinking, since he's the "TOP" viper, maybe he has his stand on this one, so i went to try it and seems that its not true, anyone can get the exact timing? Maybe he experience a millisecond difference? lol
