Also allows hackers to hack in these maps without the bother of other maplers, which is either good or not good, depending how you look at this.

I vote it good for two reasons -

1. They're not "stealing" the maps from legits finally.
   
2. Gives the GMs a nice place to go shoot fish in a barrel if they actually wanted to.
