I actually trained at Windraiders until level 95 or 96. I might have trained at Typhons sooner, but I didn't have enough accuracy to hit them. I later learned it's not bad to miss on them, so long as it's not too frequent. Unless you have a Zhelm, which I didn't, you might want to wait a couple more levels for Typhons. And don't worry, once you use the map correctly, they will spoil you too. But I must admit, Windraiders was a lot more fun and less dangerous.
Some people recommend Gobies, but I never got into them. The Defense Up was annoying and didn't seem consistant enough to be great. Let alone I'm not one of gMS's average highly funded overpowered Brawlers, my power is about as similar as a kMS or jMS player. If you can find a Priest, Himes can also do well assuming you have max blast and/or charge.
