I also think the bosses will turn out to be the big obstacle here, because every 4 999 quests you have to take out a boss, and so the first week or two those bosses are going to be hunted constantly, making them hard to find. Knowing how people are in GMS, I wouldn't expect many people to be willing to party against them. That's just going to make it worse...
Well, I'm 131 and doing Time Temple quests since early 12x. Now I'm doing Oblivion Captain Guardians, the last monsters before Raika. I completely agree that it's rough, it's really rough. Oblivion Captain Guardians hit 4298~4596 on me with one magic attack (the one that looks like Buccaneer's Shockwave), that's 1hko deluxe. (I got 4130 HP, washed). The other magic attacks do about 3.9k dmg.
I'm pretty sure Raika will be impossible unless you'll be able to take at least 5k dmg. I'll be able to tell more about that tomorrow (atm 626/999 Oblivion Captain Guardians and kMS is patching till 1 AM my time).
Btw this might be interesting for you;
Dodo does 3.5 - 3.9k dmg to me, Lilino does 3.8k - 4k
I've soloed everything in Time Temple except Dodo, Lilino, 1 poison quest and 2 Ice quests. Soloing per quest took me roughly 6-8h when I had to use Tripple Fire, 4-6h with Cannon.
I hope for gMS that people will be willing to party since Time Temple is really hard, people should get at least so open minded and kind enough to see that they really should help people above 120 with the quests and bosses. Else Time Temple will probably a huge KS fest in the beginning and bosses will be rare.
