~Crushed Skull and Att Shield Help~

Hey, I have a few quick questions. Last night, while doing cwkpq with some friends on my BM, my friend got me a 117att/13acc clean crushed skull. He kindly enough gave it to me, and I decided to 30% it; IT WORKED. (Finally, a 30% worked when it needed to ).

The crushed skull is currently 3str/122att/13acc 6slots. My question is: Should I hold off on scrolling it, and work on buying an attack shield?

Note: (I'm planning to 60% the rest, so I don't blow it up. I'd rather have a decently scrolled crushed skull for now, rather than nothing. I can always scroll another one once I find more from cwkpq.)

My friend said a 16 att shield is a decent shield to have. (this wk is my 2ndary character; I don't want to spend all my money on him) So how much would a 16 att shield go for (a rough estimate) (or) (in Khaini)?
