Where Do You Want To Go To College?

[COLOR="RoyalBlue"]Wow. Someone who goes to UF, what a coincidence. Quite a few of my senior friends are going there. Its more or less the "backup" school you could say for the IB program down here at my High School. Nearly every IB Senior here applies to go there, and if they don't get into their top out of state choices, most end up going to UF.

I only heard by word of mouth that the UF Comp Science wasn't as good as UCF, and I think I read the same thing elsewhere as well. Yeah. I applied to the Honors College there, and I have the Florida Bright Futures thingy, so all of my Tuition would be paid for for either of those schools.

I actually know one girl who got into M.I.T. She's pretty crazy. I'm pretty sure she has a lower GPA than me, not by much though I think. Her extracurriculars are off the wall, she's a major pianist, so that probably helped a whole lot. AP Exams really don't matter in getting accepted into colleges IIRC. Anyways, she's the first to get in from my school in the last 5 years. Two were wait listed last year, and they were the Valedictorian and Salutatorian, neither got in though. One went to Cornell with a full ride and the other is at UF currently.[/COLOR]
