Uh excuse me if I'm missing something but what do you mean "how to best use them"? They have shorter range and a lower mod then a 2hs, the only thing they really have on 2hs as a sader is the fact that you can get orbs faster, but the pure damage negates that.
I've experimented levelling as a sader with both 1h and 2h and 2h simply allowed me to kill faster and give me faster levelling. You can disagree but there's no need to flame.
the problem isnt landing a 10, its getting enough weapons to land a 10 on. IF you get your hands on a weapon, you dont scroll it with 10s because its too expensive to buy another.
when did you experiment w/ 1h? at goby? bad idea. any where else? did you carry on your experiment over several levels? was it long enough to show you how much your exp increases when you kill monsters in the same # of hits with both swords?
