He said he going to get his Bishop to lv 200 (he's a crazy fast leveler) and in the process his Corsair will get to about lv 180, when he's reached lv 200...just from leeching.

Seriously what don't people get? Mages have the fastest training speed and the worse bossing damage. As your training speed is reduced, your bossing speed is increased. That's how mages and other classes balance out..... Is that so hard of a concept to understand? Shadowers have the 2nd fastest lvling speed, and the 2nd worse DPS. NLs and BMs are the single target rapers, and I hear all the time how slow they level. Pallys...... I'll admit that pallys need some work (or we need elementally weak bosses).
A leecher gets faster exp than someone who's actively training because they're with the fastest trainers in the game. It's the same way with bossing.... if the bishop/mage sits and does nothing, as long as they're with good attackers, the boss is going to die faster than if the bishop/mage was actively attacking without a bosser with them. It works on both sides of the coin.
I heard you say somewhere earlier that if you had a 1000 attack pendant that you wouldn't be able to train as fast as a mage. Dude..... if you wanted only to train fast and nothing else, then you picked the wrong class. If you want to solo rather than party the fastest lvlers in the game, then that's your own dilemna.
Then i hear this crap from people "If you party a mage that makes you a leecher". That's a load of bull. Partying a mage doesn't make you a leecher, it makes you smart. If you pay em 10m an hour so you can afk on a rope, then that makes you a leecher.
