The Issue on Leech

The problem is that leeching robs a person of experiencing the class and learning how to play. If a person is just making an "x" mule, I see no problem with leeching because the mule is only going to exist to buff. The original purpose of the game is to enjoy the journey, not the destination. Nowadays, leechers try to justify rope humping as part of their journey.

B: "How did you get so high a level?"
A: "Oh, I humped a rope 24/7 while I went out and spend a thousand dollars on brand name clothes. I r so pro."
B: "Cool. Let's Pap!"
A: "Okay! I'm such a high level I will deal all the damage. "

A: "OMG I CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO ATTACK WITH. WHY DID I ONLY GET 2% OF THE EXP?! D:< I BLAME LAG."

A: "I'm broke. Guess I can train. I'm a high level anways. "

A: "OMFG WHY AM I LEVELING SO SLOW?! LEECHING WAS SO FAST! I BLAME LAG."

Grossly exaggerated, but that is a general idea of what heavy leechers go through.

That is a hilariously misleading statement.

We'll compare your idea of pure leechers to people who have just recieved info to play on a character they have never played in their lives. About a week ago, my friend gave me the info to his BM, so I screwed around with it and after a few hours I could use it perfectly.

People who rely on leech to level are scrubs, and we don't need high level scrubs in the game. That's why they're still at a low level. Level used to separate the good players from most of the bad. Nowadays, we have bad players infesting 4th job.

You know why leechers are lower leveled? Because after a certain point, they don't need to leech because they can find parties. Nobody parties 10x players, they party with 4th jobbers. The "scrub leechers" don't leech because they don't have to pay money anymore. There isn't a "level to separate the good players from most of the bad" because that is simply nonexistant. Don't look at things from a black and white tunnel vision perspective.

Also, what other people do isn't any of your business. If a hobo wants to spend his money on alcohol instead of shelter, who cares? Why should you mock their activities? Why should you attempt to control or distinguish between them?

Again, the game is for grinding and partying, not hanging on a rope for levels.

And who are you to determine what the game is for?

Also for heavy leechers, you're forcing another player to do the work for you. Sure you pay them, but it's essentially like paying for Powerleveling services.

They're not forced to. They want to.

If someone is desperate and they want to buy service from a prostitute, who are you to control their private lives?

This is a game. Games are meant to be played.

If you don't want to play the game, why force yourself to do it? Why let others play the game for you?

So they can play the game when they want to and still level up when they're not present.

And like I said to IllegallySane, who are you to decide how the game should be played?
