There is a common issue going around for people who uninstalled maple story and cannot reinstall it. It happened to me and the only thing I can tell you that worked is to reinstall windows on your computer.

It actually worked for me, it takes alot of time and effort to save your files but I do believe it is the only way that will fix this issue.
