Wow that looks gorgeous already! I really love the texture of the hair and the fabric! 
For the hand, I think perhaps she can be holding something small and glowing in her hand, so you can just add some light effects in that area. Since you already have some hints of shading on some skin areas (nose, calf), maybe try adding that same amount to the arms/legs and see how the effect is? Ooooo and shading for her shoes?
Overall though, beautiful work. ^^
