What do you mean by harder? Take more pots? Bring apples? Be 40 levels higher so you have the necessary acc/hp?
As long as you know how to deal with Seduce (ie. bring some guy to get seduced who knows where to stand), HT is just another "sit and shoot" boss, if you take down the bodyparts in order there's no danger except that he'll 1hko you..
