To add on to your list... the portal into the keep from the courtyard is just a random portal in space, there's no door or anything. Also, it's weird how all the keystone quests are level 70, while you can't even enter the pq until you're level 90. They should up the quests to 90 anyways, it's very difficult for a level 70 to kill 75 nightshadows in the first place.
