The ones that act stupid/clumsy to be cute = phail
The layered hair look is a HUGE turn on.

The black, thick rimmed, square glasses also...liek the one Ecstasy has.
(btw Ecstasy...not to sound creepy...but your really, really pretty. I stared agape @ your pic for nearly 5mins)
As for chest, they have to have enough to see that it's there but too big (when they can hit the girl in teh face = no). Also, cleavage > cup size
For brains, enough to keep a enjoyable convo is enough for me. (awkward silence = phail. enjoyable = not having to correct her every 30secs)
Personally, girls are like a store in a mall. The window display attracts me to go in and check the store out. If there's nothing worthwhile inside, I won't pick the store. Some stores may have GREAT stuff inside but I may never explore because of the lack of a good window display. At the same, if I find the inside to be great, I'll pick no matter what the outside.
(window display = looks, inside stuff = smarts/personality)
