Anime girl winking? (discretion own your at Read) :O

Anyone know a way other than a camera or scanning to get a picture onto my computer? If you can give me a way, I'll put up a pic of my card cases (edited to be winking) and it would fit in this thread so perfectly. If I must resort to a camera, anyone know a way to get it in good quality (no access to a scanner at all)?

Well, I went with the camera method and I got a good enough picture, so once I find my USB cable, I can get it up here.
