Here's certain traits that I would consider to be turn-ons for me. (FYI: I'm a male in real life, so I'm prepared for the LOL GIRL CHARACTER WUT comments if anyone should arise.)
-Small chests. For some reason, I don't find women with huge breasts to be attractive. (No, I'm not a pedo, if you're gonna ask.)
-Glasses. I would think that it's because I actually wear those myself.
-At least some effort to be modest at clothing. So none of the bondage gear crap and such. (Pantless looks work as long as your wearing a shirt of some sort, and are wearing non-thong panties.)
And as for acts, I would consider women not being afraid to let me watch them using the toilet to be a much bigger turn-on. (Don't get any bad ideas about me though.)
