And when there is yourself and 5 party members around, you wouldn't even be able to hit the enemy, and if one of your party dies or is out of range, that's still a VERY small hit. Also notice that Heal's min damage is about 30% it's max, so on top of the Healing damage being cut due to additional targets (party members), it's also got a good chance of being a low hit. Finally, notice that healers in parties typically don't really do any damage anyway. Only way they can is by attacking between heals or using their summon, but from what I've seen, both tactics come far and few between from Bishops, whether by their choice or by force of the run organizers. All Heal being able to hit the enemy (even at 1.5x "elemental" advantage) would do is make it SLIGHTLY easier to bring down; a full fight's total of Heal damage would probably be comparable to around 30 seconds or less of a Nightlord going at it (and recall that there are most likely going to be like 4x as many Nightlords present as there are Healers).
It's also still a x1,5 multiplyer for no reason other to make them more 'useful' even though they already have it the easiest, especially as for getting in boss runs and horntail runs.
