Earring max would be 28, not 15. +3 from a 30%, +25 from 5 Chaos Scrolls on a Crystal Leaf Earring. Max luk on a Timeless Dagger would be in the 33+ range. Depending on if it has luk on it when it's clean.
Dunno if you took this into your calculations, but a perfect ZHelm is 67 to Luk, Dex, and Str.
I doubt your calculations are accurate due to how the damage formula works anyways.
