Don't give us that bull pomegranate "there were more mages than melee classes before 4th job" either.

There wasn't.

There were, but it was much less than you see at 200 now. (like the guy above said, nearly 70% of top players are Magician)

Old class split (you still see it at 2nd-3rd job levels) is approximately 40% magician, 25% thief, 25% warrior, 10% bowman.

I believe this breaks down further at something like 25% Priest, 20% Hermit, 10% I/L, DK & Crusader, 5% WK, F/P, Ranger, Sniper, CB - but it's harder to get these numbers since the ranks don't actually display them. Just an estimate of what I see ingame.
