according to what fiel has told me back on sw forum
if you have 10k hp with lv15 archilles
and you get hit with 1/1, you have 750 hp remaining
so, thats 1500 hp with max archilles
when you have 30k hp, you'll have 4500 hp from 1/1
4.5k hp from 1/1, thats alot more helpful than 500 hp/4sec
