Hm, let's see. Note that this is more towards how I find friends, rather than love interests and the like.
Personality-wise, tsunderes are really really cute :3
And so are deadpan snarkers.
Knowledge-wise, knowing anything about anime or tabletop gaming adds one bajillion points to the relationship meter (though you can only level up once as a result of that, sadly).
Looks-wise, I really like glasses on girls - especially if the wearer can't see without them. Bishounen guys are fun to hang out with - I've befriended basically every guy with a ponytail in my school (all two of them, both of whom have graduated, lol).
